The one with the Benefit Roller Lash

First up, thank you for the support over the last blog post, I hope it helps you and helps with any confidence issues!

So... I got my hands on the Roller Lash by Benefit today! Ahhhh its so pretty so here goes a quick blog post on my thoughts!

The packaging is beautiful, even if it is the mini I love the rose gold and pink. I think the packaging for the larger product is different but it's still beautiful! 

First up, the wand. I love it, its a similar feel to an Avon mascara I have and has a similar result too. Its a warped want and the bristles are small and there are lots of them. The science behind this is that 'catches, lifts and curls' your lashes and that it certainly does! As you can see from the photo below it definitly extends your lashes and catches them all. This mat sound odd but I feel lots of other mascara's catch only the long ones anyway and this definitely catches even the smallest of them and makes them super long!

This is what my lashes looked like with one coat! The shape of the wand really helps get the lashes in at the inner corner and the ones in the outer corner too! I have quite hooded eyes and this has made my lashes nearly touch my eyebrow! So far I have to say that its a really clean application and there was only a little bit of transfer on my eyelid! Even application on the bottom lashes was easy and it doesn't make them clumpy!

As a little experiment I decided to try it alongside the Benefit They're Real mascara and the results are above. I can't say that one is better as they give such different results. The They're Real mascara gives me a much more fluttery and feline finish where it makes the outer lashes longer than the inner lashes. I will say that while Roller Lash gives more volume They're Real gives more natural length. As I said and as it shows they give my eyes a very different shape and I can't say that one is more superior as I'm pretty sure I will use both equally depending on what I want that day! I will say that I am impressed with the Roller lash and will be keeping it in my collection for as long as I can!

PS Roller Lash is out in stores 30th of Feb (according to my local Benefit) but lots of others are saying 1st of March so there abouts!
